Michael founded Musicality in 2008  at a high school on the Southwest side of Chicago. Since its inception, he led Musicality to the international spotlight during their semi-final run on NBC's "America's Got Talent."

This depth of professional experience allowed his students to dream big and reach for their most lofty musical goals. His passion and commitment to the arts has led Musicality to win esteemed awards such as a Hollywood Foreign Press Grant and the Young Entertainment Award Scholarship.

Due to the global pandemic in 2020 as well as his relocation to Los Angeles, Michael decided to focus less on the educational aspect of the group, and more on producing content with diverse talent.

Michael received his education at VanderCook College of Music (BME 2005) and Boston University (MME 2008).
