Michael founded Musicality in 2008 out of Curie High School on the Southwest side of Chicago. Since its inception, he has led Musicality to the international spotlight during their semi-final run on NBC's "America's Got Talent."

This depth of professional experience allowed his students to dream big and reach for their most lofty musical goals. His passion and commitment to the arts has led Musicality to win esteemed awards such as a Hollywood Foreign Press Grant and the Young Entertainment Award Scholarship. He serves as the director, arranger, and producer for Musicality.

Michael received his education at VanderCook College of Music (BME 2005) and Boston University (MME 2008).
